Management of EU-Funded Projects is a training course that builds on INCOMA’s extensive knowledge and sound expertise acquired over 20 years of experience in the development and management of international cooperation initiatives funded by the European Commission. 

 

What can you expect from this Training? 

Over 60 hours of content and more than 50 Learning Units designed according to the specific needs of Higher Education Institutions and Vocational Education and Training institutions from countries outside the European Union. 

Access to tips and methods that we use daily when developing proposals and managing EU-funded projects.   

Support from an international and specialised team with practical experience in the implementation of international cooperation projects funded by the EU programmes. 

A guided Practical Project assignment at the end of the training that will allow you to apply in practice what you have learnt.

However, if you are based in a European Union Member State, this training course might still be relevant. It will depend on your area of expertise and the type of institution you belong to. No. Each Module was designed sequentially, which means that all information provided in the different Learning Units is important to a have a sound understanding of the Module topics. Therefore, you must complete all Learning Units inside each Module.  

The Management of EU-Funded Projects training course covers contents such as an introduction to the European Union funding schemes, detailed information about funding programmes, financial and budgetary requirements of funding programmes, what to take into consideration when designing proposals and implementing projects, how to use EU platforms for identifying proposals and managing projects, where to find information, and good practices to master EU funds. 

No. The Management of EU-Funded Projects training course does not require a previous knowledge of EU funding nor previous experience in EU-funded projects. In that sense, there are no pre-requisites in terms of previous knowledge.  

It is essential to master aspects related to the administrative and financial management of the types of initiatives covered in this training. Therefore, we have opted to make Module 8 (Project Management) and Module 9 (Transversal Competences) mandatory.  

On the other hand, if you want to complete Module 3 (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training), Module 4 (Capacity Building in Higher Education) and/or Module 5 (Erasmus Mundus Action), you need a sound understanding of how the Erasmus+ Programme is organised. Therefore, Module 2 (Erasmus+ 2021-2027) is mandatory for learners that want to complete Module 3 (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training), Module 4 (Capacity Building in Higher Education) and/or Module 5 (Erasmus Mundus Action). 

Yes. If you complete the Modules you enrolled in and successfully pass the evaluation, you will obtain a digital Certificate of Completion. It will include your personal information (name), the identification of the training course and a description of the Modules you completed.
